             In exercise of the powers conferred under the Notification No. 15/2002-Customs (N.T.) dated 7/03/2002 (as amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice F.No. DRI/AZU/INV-51/KMS/2009 dated 31.08.2010 issued in case of M/s KMS Medisurgi Pvt. Ltd., 44, Mangaldas Road, Bulakhidas Building, Gr. Floor, Mumbai 400 002 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of  Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Ahmedabad, to the Commissioner of Customs (Import), New Custom House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai for adjudication.
